Who We Are

Hey Guys! We are Maria & Billy. We are grateful believers in Jesus Christ. In 2014 we came to the Emerald Coast for a family vacation. We immediately felt called here. Within 30 days we purchased and closed on our first property. Today we call it our 30-day miracle. With the miracle came many obstacles and challenges. As a result we decided to self-property manage and steward what the Lord had blessed us with.

As we embarked on this calling, among other things we noticed the need for a spirit of excellence in cleaning. So here we are! Two married people of 30 years, with 33+ years of law enforcement experience, and 22 years of serving our country’s veterans. So you may be asking at this point why choose us?
